Are the products BPA-free?: Yes. All our products are made from 100% food-grade silicone, free of BPA, phthalates, and lead. You can use them with confidence for yourself, your baby, and your pets.
Are the products dishwasher safe?: Yes, all our silicone products are dishwasher safe. We recommend the top rack for better longevity.
Are the products microwave safe?: Pure silicone is heat-resistant up to 220–260°C depending on the product. However, we don't recommend microwave use for products with multi-material parts (e.g. utensils with a wooden handle).

At what age can I use the Baby Feeding Set?: From 6 months. The suction plate and bowl are suitable for babies starting solid foods. The utensils are designed for small hands and sensitive gums.
Does the suction cup really stick to any surface?: It adheres perfectly to smooth, flat surfaces (table, high chair tray). It may not hold as well on textured or angled surfaces.

Where do you ship?: We ship to Canada, the United States, and Europe.
What are the delivery times?: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 7–15 days for Canada and the U.S., and 10–20 days for Europe.
Can I track my order?: Yes. You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
