Are the products BPA-free?: Yes. All our products are made from 100% BPA-free, phthalate-free and lead-free food-grade silicone. Safe for you, your baby and your pets.
Are the products FDA and LFGB certified?: Yes. Our products are certified FDA (US and Canadian standard) and LFGB (European standard, considered the strictest in the world for food-contact products).
Are the products dishwasher safe?: Yes, all our silicone products are dishwasher safe. We recommend the top rack for best longevity.
Can the products be used in the microwave?: Pure silicone is heat-resistant up to 220–260°C depending on the product. However, we advise against microwave use for products with multi-material components (e.g. utensils with wooden handles).

At what age can I use the Baby Meal Set?: From 6 months. The suction plate and bowl are suitable for babies starting solid foods. The utensils are designed for small hands and sensitive gums.
Does the suction cup really hold on all surfaces?: It adheres perfectly on smooth, flat surfaces (table, high chair tray). It may not hold as well on textured or inclined surfaces.

Where do you ship?: We ship to Canada, the United States and Europe.
How long does delivery take?: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery takes 7 to 15 business days for Canada and the USA, and 10 to 20 business days for Europe.
Can I track my order?: Yes. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

What is your return policy?: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us at silimura98@gmail.com and we will find a solution.
What if my product is defective?: Contact us with a photo of the product at silimura98@gmail.com. We will send you a replacement at no additional charge.

What is the difference between FDA and LFGB?: FDA certification is the American and Canadian standard for food-contact products. LFGB is the European standard, generally considered stricter. Our products comply with both standards.
