Return Conditions

We accept returns in the following cases: defective or damaged product upon receipt, product not matching the description, or intact, unused product in its original packaging.

Refunds

A full refund is issued if the product is defective or damaged. The refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days after receipt of the return, via the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or the error is on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

Used, washed, or products whose packaging has been opened and damaged are not eligible for return.
